Meets expectations
When ordering parts over the phone, theres always that possibility of either them misunderstanding you or just not choosing the right part to send you.
I find that by logging into their PC software or using their mobile app, you can see a picture of the part and order at your leisure. No hold times to put up with and any parts sent in error more than likely was due to your own mistake.
Another great part is being able to order parts vin specific so that reduces the chances of ordering the wrong part even further.
I like also being able to schedule returns on it, not having to call in separately for it saving you time and making it less of a hassle. That or trying to remember to mention to them during a call to order parts that you need to return something. Its just plain convenient.
