Only problem is when the bar code is just behind a door or if there isnt one. Also, Id really like to be able to copy and paste vin #s. that would make this a 5 star app

Love being able to have a tech scan with his phone and it pop up on my computer. Saves time and hassle.

Good app, BUT I noticed on multiple scans the app labels a car as a Nissan, when in fact its a Toyota. So when you go to worldpacs cataloging it will list a different make and model..

Thanks worldpac for putting this out there. I used it 3 times for the first time today made getting the correct vehicle info and ordering the correct part the first time. Thanks again hope to see more updates as it grows but awesome first start and thank you again.

What a great start Worldpac. I find myself and my employees using this all the time. What a great time saver. I would love to see the ability to copy and paste vehicle info from Worldpac to shop management software to save typing time. And would like to see the app expanded to add part returns, core returns, defects, etc added. The bar codes are already on every sticker you place on every part that leaves the warehouse. Just let the app use it and we are done! Thanks for the app Worldpac.

Works simply and accurately. No big surprise that Worldpac came out with it. They have a better overall system than anyone. Very forward thinking. Im looking forward to more interaction with the system on my phone. As long as they keep it simple and efficient. Help me get my parts faster and easier and Ill order more of them from you. *please add model and date/time to the scan history on the phone.

Great app but needs ability to copy vin over to Mitchell1. Unable highlight and copy vin once its on the computer. It would make the whole thing a lot more useful than just ordering parts.

This app is excellent. Its pretty much exactly what is promised. Makes my life at work a little bit easier. -Roadmasters auto and tire of boulder

Needs an update. I just scanned a corolla and it showed up as a Nissan. Hahaha but the VIN was fine. Sole new cars, it will show "UNKNOWN" tho. :[ but over all, GREATAPP! Still giving 5 stars cuz Im nice:]

Overall I love the app and how smoothly it works with the pc program. A few features Id like to see: The ability to see all of the car info that is available in speeddial after a scan on my iPhone rather than having to walk across the shop. Re-order the history so newly scanned cars appear first. More info in the history list Turn off light and camera after successful scan Thanks for the wonderful app love it so far :)

It would be alot more useful if you could scan items to return or look up purchase price/date etc.

When ordering parts over the phone, theres always that possibility of either them misunderstanding you or just not choosing the right part to send you. I find that by logging into their PC software or using their mobile app, you can see a picture of the part and order at your leisure. No hold times to put up with and any parts sent in error more than likely was due to your own mistake. Another great part is being able to order parts vin specific so that reduces the chances of ordering the wrong part even further. I like also being able to schedule returns on it, not having to call in separately for it saving you time and making it less of a hassle. That or trying to remember to mention to them during a call to order parts that you need to return something. Its just plain convenient.

The scanner doesnt work anymore it used to work but now it only shows a white screen and wont read vin numbers. I hope they fix this problem soon

App wa great until the new iOS update now scanner doesnt work with new iPhone

Prices are pretty good...if your not in a hurry for parts. Shipping is fast and always on time in my region.

The app does not let me select the year, make, model on the rolling menu when using the catalog. Please fix. Thanks
